Description

Kimchi is a fermented food that originated in Korea.  It is a very spicy side dish in this version consisting of Napa cabbage, green onions, peppers, ginger, garlic, and fish sauce.   Fermentation time is 1-3 weeks.

White onions,Peppers,Ginger,Garlic,Fish Sauce
